Raising Money to Support Yorkshire Farmers

Brian Elsworth, Senior Partner of EuraAuditUK Accountants and Business Advisors, tucks into a breakfast served by Lindsey Hitchen, as main sponsor of the Yorkshire Farmhouse Big Breakfast this year. The event successfully raised £ £3,350 for ARC-Addition Funds Strategic Rural Housing Scheme and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Brian Elsworth, Senior Partner of EuraAuditUK Accountants and Business Advisors said ‘the charity supports struggling farming families and their communities and we are very committed to strengthening the support system for the farming community. This years event provided wonderful opportunities for the charity to promote itself to farmers and to build up its network of supporters and sponsors.’

213 breakfasts were served up over three days at St. Georges Court B&B, High Grantley, Ripon, hosted by owners Will and Lindsey Hitchen. The event was organised by Harrogate and Nidderdale Group of Farm Stay UK, the country’s largest network of farm-based accommodation providers. EuraAuditUK specialises in Farming and Agricultural Accounts and Taxation, with a specialist department spearheaded by Brian Elsworth and Peter Tarren.
